Seasonal Tips

Be sure to remove garden hoses as winter sets in. The most common seasonal service issue that we encounter is frozen water pipes because hoses were left in place.

If the temperature drops excessively and you pipes have frozen in the past, leave them running at a very small trickle from both the hot and cold sides. The water movement in the pipe keeps the pipes from freezing.
